Refund policy

We want you to love your Hidden Club purchase.

If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions

* Items must be unused and in their original condition.
* All original packaging must be included.
* Returns that show signs of use may not be accepted.

How to request a return

* Your name
* The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
* The reason for your request (optional)

We will reply with the return instructions as soon as possible.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Need a different model? Contact us and we’ll be happy to help arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
